From the very first meeting with Jeff, to the final walk thru, working with Jeff and his employees was a pleasure. Jeff added some great recommendations at the start and quoted all the work with accuracy and was very competitive. He began exactly on his original target date and finished a few days prior to his target completion date. The final billing was exactly as quoted with the exception of a few small additions I added alone the way. There were no surprises!! He was very open to my comments and suggestions as the 5 week project progressed.
We were so very pleased with the completed project. His employees cared about our property and our neighbors, and cleaned the project each and every day as they departed the project. A lot of the credit and quality of our completed project goes to the Jeff's attention to every detail and the pride he and his employees took to our project.
Description of work:
Jeff's company remodeled our entire exterior of our Beach Front Rental property. He took a poorly finished exterior and transformed it into a class A property. They tore off all the old stucco off our two story Mission Beach property and rebuilt the deck with Treks and Stainless steel cable, sided the front exterior with two types of siding, framing all windows and finished the soffits with a tung and grove product, and painted all the exterior. It looks great!!!!!!

Description of work:
They provided carpentry work for us on the inside including door installation and have also provided siding work for me. Things have gone great with them and they have provided a quote to build us a deck.
